The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority approved the Rouge River Watershed Plan Towards a Healthy and Sustainable Future at Authority Meeting #2/08, held on March 28, 2008. Copies of the Authority Resolution #A42/08, the final watershed plan and implementation guide are available, below, for download.
