What:  Toronto and Region Conservation (TRCA) and CivicAction's Greening Greater Toronto will release The Living City® Report Card, a comprehensive and innovative assessment of the environmental health of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

The report looks at the factors behind the environmental successes and challenges in the GTA, and points out the opportunities to ensure the region flourishes economically, socially, and environmentally.

The Living City® Report Card is the result of a unique collaboration among environmental experts and leaders across the GTA.

Greening Greater Toronto ( is an initiative of the Greater Toronto CivicAction Alliance (, a coalition of thousands of civic leaders who are catalyzing collective leadership on tough issues and big opportunities facing the Toronto region. More than 200 partners from corporations, government, and the not-for-profit sector have joined the Greening Greater Toronto initiative.
