Green Jobs to Get More Diverse with New Mentoring to Placement for Environmental Professionals (M2P) Program

Toronto and Region Conservation (TRCA) along with representatives from the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration will join supporting partners, sponsors, mentors and mentees to officially kick-off the Mentoring to Placement for Environmental Professionals (M2P) Program. Led by TRCA, the M2P Program is an Ontario bridge training program that opens the door to employment opportunities for 40 internationally trained environmental professionals.  The program will offer a mentoring, work placement and training component that will assist them in their transition into Ontario's workforce.  The event recognizes the support and dedication of many individuals and organizations who believe that a diverse workforce is vital in bringing innovation into the environmental industry.

9:30- 11:00 am: Launch of Program
