Toronto and Region Conservation advises that water levels and flow rates within rivers and streams are expected to increase given the rainfall in the forecast beginning tonight and continuing through the day tomorrow.

This situation could create dangerous conditions, and result in flooding in low lying and flood prone areas. Drivers should avoid driving through water on roadways, and exercise extreme caution.
