Boot Camp Mania with Pure Motivation Fitness

Plyometrics (a big word to get you big results) will be used to increase the POWER of your workouts! This workout primarily targets the lower body but also incorporates abdominal strengthening and upper body exercises. This workout is in a circuit fashion, having you switch from different exercises and different positions constantly, kick starting your metabolism to burn more calories hours after the workout! Maximum 25 participants, register early!

Outdoor Family Games

Remember playing outside with your friends and neighbours until the street lights came on?  Let's do it again!  Join us on our front lawn at Kortright for some outdoor family fun! Active games and activities and a little environmental learning along the way will be available for kids of all ages! 
Space is limited for each session. First come, first served. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.  Event will run rain or shine.  In the event of thunder or lightening the event will be cancelled.

Come join a Kortright naturalist for a leisurely stroll to observe and sketch items in nature. Use magnifying glasses to see things up-close, match colour chips to colours in nature, use landscape viewers to focus on a special feature and make a nature bracelet with items found along the walk.
