In the event of an error with your online transaction or you change your mind about contributing to the Conservation Foundation, we will honour your request for a refund provided an official notification is made within 48 hours of your donation. Please contact us at hlee@trca.on.ca or 416-661-6600 x5276. Please include your name, telephone number and the date and amount of your transaction. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. The Conservation Foundation of Greater Toronto is committed to ensuring all discrepancies are resolved within 10 business days.
